- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development with a focus on data acquisition and test or process control systems.
- Experience in PLC programming with emphasis on Allen-Bradley and Beckhoff PLCs.
- Strong programming skills in LabVIEW or equivalent; familiarity with additional languages is a plus.
- Experience integrating test instruments into control systems, such as power analyzers, power supplies, pressure scanners, temperature scanners, flow meters, pressure transmitters, and actuators.
- Designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements software programming applications.
- Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems.
- Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
