Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack product features from concept through production
- Design scalable backend systems, APIs, and event-driven workflows
- Develop customer-facing applications and internal operational tools
- Create and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and external systems
- Improve platform reliability, observability, and system performance
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand workflows and solve operational challenges
- Work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure depending on business priorities
- Help shape engineering culture, architecture decisions, and product direction in an early-stage environment
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in startup environments
- Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js
- Full-stack development experience, including modern frontend frameworks such as React
- Experience working with APIs, asynchronous systems, webhooks, and integrations
- Strong understanding of database design and query optimization
- Ability to take ownership of projects and execute independently
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for building reliable, customer-centric software products
