The Role
• Develop, modernize, and sustain secure network capabilities for critical defense operations.
• Design, architect, and implement complex network systems, ensuring interoperability and resilience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, applying expertise in Layer 2/3 technologies and routing protocols.
• Contribute to engineering efforts including implementation planning, testing, and upgrades.
• Support the evolution and deployment of new network capabilities and technologies.
What You'll Need
• 6+ years of experience in IP networking design and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience architecting and designing complex network systems.
• Hands-on experience with network hardware from a leading vendor, implementing and troubleshooting complex configurations.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting IPv6 or IPSec VPNs.
• Knowledge of routing protocols such as MPLS, BGP, or Multicast.
• A security clearance is required.
