Role & Career Path
- First 3 weeks: intensive paid onboarding in Enterprise DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Agentic AI workflows.
- After completion: deployed as a W2 consultant on-site with premium enterprise partners in Finance, Fintech, Technology sectors across the U.S.
- Continuous 1-on-1 technical guidance from senior engineering staff.

Requirements
- Strong coding foundations in at least one major language (Python preferred; other OOP languages okay if willing to learn Python quickly).
- Baseline understanding of software interactions with networks/hardware.
- Must be willing to relocate domestically to support major client sites.
- Ability to pass rigorous technical assessment testing networking protocols, Linux, programming fundamentals.
- Experience Level: 0–3 years. Values logical capacity over years of experience.
Application Process

- Engineering Consultation: Deep-dive technical interview with Engineering Manager. At this stage, all questions about business model, clients, and W2 terms are answered transparently.
