WHERE IT IS LOCATED

What You Will Do

Lead the month-end close process, establishing structure, accountability, and consistency across financial reporting.
Build and enhance accounting processes and controls from the ground up to support a scalable environment.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations while remaining hands-on in key areas of the function.
Partner across teams to drive alignment, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure deadlines are met across locations.
Identify gaps in processes or compliance and implement solutions to strengthen the overall accounting function.
Support accounting related to financing, leases, and other operational complexities as the business scales.
Contribute to the future buildout of the accounting team, including evaluating structure and resource needs.

How You Are Qualified

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Strong foundation in accounting with the ability to bring structure and discipline to a growing environment.
Proven experience building or improving accounting processes, controls, and procedures.
Hands-on leadership experience with the ability to own the accounting function while working in the details.
Background in high-volume or operationally complex environments is preferred.
Exposure to areas such as sales tax, compliance, or financing-related accounting is a plus.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities may shift.
