This role is instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI-powered solutions that enhance healthcare products and services, working across the full stack from front-end interfaces to back-end AI model integration.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver AI-driven enterprise quality software applications and scalable integrations.
- Build applications integrating Large Language Models, RAG, and AI tools like voice recognition and document parsing.
- Design and optimize data pipelines and datasets for AI system development and testing.
- Iteratively craft effective prompts, manage prompt libraries, and implement caching strategies.
- Develop AI agents and prototype co-pilot experiences and autonomous workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software development and AI-enhanced applications.
- Proficiency in Python and AI libraries such as OpenAI, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience building RAG systems using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector databases.
- Knowledge of MLOps, AI system evaluation metrics, and LLM cost optimization.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
