The Role
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of trading software, focusing on high-performance systems.
• Modernize trading solutions by adopting new technologies and best practices.
• Provide technical thought leadership for sophisticated software applications supporting trading activities.
• Lead code reviews and knowledge sharing to uphold excellence and advance team capabilities.
• Integrate market data feeds and process real-time data efficiently.
• Collaborate with traders, analysts, and other teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
What You'll Need
• Minimum 6 years of relevant software development experience, with a strong focus on C++.
• Deep expertise in C++ (modern standards) and extensive experience with the FIX protocol.
• Proven track record in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, low-latency trading systems.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of electronic trading systems, financial markets, and order management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams.
