The Role
• Lead the design and implementation of software solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• Develop and implement software solutions, standards, processes, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine software requirements and developments.
• Maintain and enhance existing software applications through bug fixes and feature enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development and quality assurance practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for software validation.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Three plus years of progressive relevant industry experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to break down complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
