Key Responsibilities (Controller)
- Lead and oversee all financial controlling and accounting activities in accordance with standard accounting principles
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial projections, including revenue, order intake, cost of sales, and absorption analysis
- Deliver accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
- Analyze financial performance versus operating plans and present insights to senior leadership
- Oversee credit, collections, insurance policies, and audit preparation
Qualifications (Controller)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in controlling, finance leadership, or related roles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience preferred
- Strong ERP and financial systems knowledge
