Pros: I've really enjoyed my time as a Greeter/Host at this upscale dining establishment. The hourly wage is fair, and the tip-out structure means you feel properly compensated for your hard work, which is a big plus in the restaurant industry. The employee meal benefit is a nice perk, and health benefits are available for full-time staff, which isn't always common in hospitality.
