Pros: The best part is the atmosphere; it's always buzzing with energy and creative products. Working with a great team makes shifts fly by. Management is usually approachable and willing to help. Opportunities to learn different aspects of retail operations are definitely present, which is good for career growth.
Cons: Pay could definitely be better, especially considering the amount of work and customer interaction involved. Sometimes scheduling can be a bit unpredictable, making it hard to plan personal life outside of work. The employee discount is okay, but not a huge draw.

Pros: I've really enjoyed my time as a Key Holder in this specialty retail environment. The team at our Kissimmee, FL location is fantastic; everyone's supportive and we work well together, which really helps manage the daily operations, especially during busy tourist seasons. I've learned a lot about retail management, inventory, and customer service in a fun, high-energy setting.
The product, all the candy and sweets, makes for a positive customer experience, and it's rewarding to see people
Cons: While generally positive, there are times when the workload can get pretty heavy, especially during peak holiday or tourist seasons in Kissimmee. Sometimes, staffing feels a bit tight during these periods, which can put extra pressure on Key Holders and the rest of the team.
Additionally, I'd say the pay and benefits are about average for the retail sector; they're not bad, but there isn't much room for significant raises without a promotion. Communication from corporate could also be more
