Cons: While career growth is possible, the path can sometimes feel a bit unstructured, and it's good to be proactive in seeking opportunities. During peak project phases, workload can become quite demanding, occasionally impacting work-life balance more than usual. Some processes, like approvals for training or resources, could be streamlined for better efficiency. These are minor points in an otherwise good environment.
Advice to Management: Consider formalizing career progression paths more clearly and providing more predictable training budgets or approval processes to help employees plan their development more effectively. Also, look into better resource allocation for projects nearing critical deadlines to mitigate excessive crunch time.
