Pros: I genuinely enjoyed the core work of developing leaders and seeing positive shifts within client organizations. The collaborative atmosphere among consultants on project teams was a definite plus, making tough assignments manageable. There's a strong emphasis on continuous learning, which is great for professional growth in the leadership and organizational development space.
Cons: At times, internal project management and administrative processes felt a bit disjointed, which occasionally impacted workflow efficiency and client delivery timelines. Communication channels for company-wide updates could be more streamlined. It's not a dealbreaker, but addressing these could make a big difference.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining internal operational processes and enhancing cross-departmental communication to amplify the great client work already being done.

Pros: The biggest win here is definitely the emphasis on work-life balance. Management generally respects your personal time and understands that life happens outside of work. This flexibility means you're not constantly stressed about deadlines bleeding into your evenings or weekends. Teamwork is also a strong point; people are generally supportive and willing to help out, creating a positive atmosphere.
Cons: While flexibility is great, sometimes during peak project periods, the workload can feel a bit heavy, and resources might be stretched thin. This can occasionally lead to longer hours than desired, though it's usually temporary. Clearer long-term resource planning or better cross-training could help mitigate this, ensuring smoother operations when demand spikes.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing more structured resource allocation strategies or cross-training programs to better handle seasonal workload surges. This could prevent periods where employees feel overwhelmed and help maintain consistent productivity without compromising work-life balance.

Pros: The team at Progressive F.O.R.C.E. Concepts in Las Vegas is genuinely helpful, making day-to-day tasks smoother. I appreciated the stability of the role and the chance to work on diverse client needs within the private security and consulting industry. It's a place where you can learn the fundamentals of operational management in a fast-paced environment, and job security feels reliable.
Cons: While the work is stable, there's an opportunity to streamline some internal processes and reporting structures. Communication flow could sometimes be improved to ensure everyone is aligned on project statuses. Some of the technology platforms felt a bit dated, which occasionally impacted efficiency.
Advice to Management: Consider investing in updated software and formalizing communication channels to boost team efficiency and clarity. Regular feedback sessions on process improvements could also be very beneficial.
