Good learning environment with room for work-life balance
Pros: The team culture at Experience.com is genuinely collaborative, and I learned a lot about modern web development practices. Management is generally supportive, and there's flexibility in how you structure your day, which is great for maintaining work-life balance. The work itself is interesting, often involving innovative solutions within the customer experience tech space.
Cons: During peak project periods, the workload can become quite intense, sometimes blurring the lines of a healthy work-life balance. Communication about project priorities could occasionally be clearer to help manage expectations. While growth is possible, the path isn't always clearly defined for every role in this growing tech company.
Advice to Management: Consider implementing clearer project roadmaps and communication channels, especially during busy sprints, to help manage team workload and maintain that valued work-life balance. Recognizing high performers and providing clearer pathways for career progression would also be beneficial for employee

Work-life balance is decent, but has its moments
Pros: As a Software Engineer here, the work flexibility is solid. I can usually arrange my hours to fit my personal life pretty well. There's not a lot of micro-management for daily tasks, which helps a ton with work-life balance.
Cons: Sometimes deadlines get really tight, especially around big EdTech product launches. It's tough when you're working remote and feel that pressure to always be online. These crunch times really impact your personal time.
Advice to Management: Leadership needs to plan project timelines more realistically. Avoiding last-minute pushes would greatly improve employee well-being and maintain better work-life balance across the board.
