Okay for experience, leadership could be better

It's a mixed bag at FactorIT. Good for getting experience but don't expect amazing leadership.


Pros

I've gained solid experience as a Software Developer here. The tech stack is modern for IT consulting projects. Being a remote role, the work flexibility is a big plus.


Cons

Leadership communication really needs work. You don't always get clear direction on software development tasks. Sometimes it feels like they're out of touch with day-to-day team issues for WFH employees.


Advice to Management

Improve communication channels with individual contributors. Listen to team leads more for project feedback. Invest in leadership training for better project guidance.
