Flexible Field Marketing Role, Decent Pay
Working as a Brand Ambassador for Gratsy in the Bentonville, AR area was a decent gig for supplemental income. I enjoyed the flexibility and the chance to represent various consumer brands. The pay could be better, and communication from corporate sometimes felt a bit slow, but overall, it was a worthwhile experience for part-time work in retail marketing.

The pay per hour is on the lower side, and while there are opportunities for bonuses, they can be hard to consistently achieve. Sometimes, getting clear instructions or updates from management could be a challenge, leading to minor confusion on activation days.
Consider increasing the base hourly rate and improving the clarity/speed of communication for field staff to enhance overall satisfaction and engagement.
