The Role
- Support and develop existing web applications and business-critical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in production
- Develop new features, integrations, and APIs
- Collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements
- Contribute to the transition to a new platform and progressively take on more ownership
- Ensure high standards for data integrity, security, and comprehensive documentation
What You'll Need
- 3-6 years of commercial software development experience
- Strong full-stack development skills
- Proficiency with at least one server-side language, a modern JavaScript framework, and SQL
- Experience supporting live production systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
