As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team supporting the Double Tree by Hilton Woking hotel which is just a short walk from Victoria Place shopping centre, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The newly refurbished meeting and event spaces provide the perfect setting for gatherings of up to 350 guests.?

What your day will look like?

You’ll start your day by setting up the bar and other F&B outlets, ensuring everything is fully stocked, and ready for service. Throughout your shift, you’ll welcome guests warmly, take food and drink orders, prepare and serve beverages and menu items to a high standard, and provide excellent service with a smile. You’ll also handle payments, maintain clean and organised service areas, and support your team across different F&B outlets during busy periods. Whether it’s mixing a classic cocktail, serving a delicious dish, or recommending a house special, you’ll help create a memorable experience for every guest.

hat You’ll Bring?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bartender who enjoys engaging with guests, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and thrives in a fast-paced bar environment. You’ll have a passion for great drinks and even better service. With strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality, you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar. You’ll be confident working in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience behind the bar or in hospitality is preferred, along with good knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails. Most importantly, you’ll bring a positive attitude, a team-first approach, and enjoy making every guest feel valued and well looked after.
