Lead SRE – Java | Hands-On | Hybrid – London / Belfast
We are seeking a hands-on SRE to act as an evangelist for continuous integration, testing, and safe, automated deployments. This is a practitioner role—not a manager role. You'll embed with development teams to solve their hardest reliability and deployment challenges, making change safe and boring for them.

- :Automate Everything: Upgrade applications to supported runtimes (Java or NPM), containerize apps, implement continuous library updates with Renovat
- eTest to Deploy: Source test data, implement data masking, run smoke tests as part of deploymen
- tEmbed Reliability: Introduce observability patterns, overhaul logging, implement hot-hot cross-datacenter topologie
- sSecure by Design: Implement secrets management, authentication, authorization, and secure coding pattern
- sSimplify Deployment: Automate database changes with Liquibase, infrastructure with Ansibl
- eUnblock Teams: Conduct targeted engagements with teams struggling with release cadence or vulnerability resolutio
