The Role
- Lead solution design, architecture, and technical decision-making
- Collaborate with Product teams to shape requirements and delivery plans
- Build and deploy production software in a fast-paced environment
- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and maintainability
- Support systems in production and improve platform performance
- Act as a senior technical leader within an AI-enabled engineering environment
What You'll Need
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript development
- Previous experience in a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Lead Engineer or Senior Technical Leadership role
- Experience building and scaling SaaS or product-led platforms
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles
- Experience working in cloud-native, CI/CD, and DevSecOps environments
- Passion for engineering excellence, mentoring others, and solving complex technical challenges
