Good flexibility and learning opportunities at Captify
Pros: The hybrid work model at Captify is a major plus, allowing for a decent work-life balance which is crucial in the fast-paced AdTech industry. Colleagues are generally supportive and collaborative, contributing to a positive team environment. There are opportunities to learn new skills and work on diverse projects, which helps in career development.
Cons: While flexibility is good, managing workload during peak periods can sometimes be challenging, leading to longer hours. Communication regarding broader company strategy or significant process changes could be more consistent. Some approval processes can feel a bit bureaucratic at times, but these are manageable.
Advice to Management: Continue to foster the flexible working environment and perhaps implement more structured career pathing discussions during performance reviews. Clearer communication on project prioritization would also be beneficial.

Great place for Data Analysts to grow in ad-tech!
Pros: I've really appreciated the career growth opportunities available for Data Analysts. There's a strong emphasis on learning and development, which is great for building skills in the ad-tech industry. Teamwork and mentorship are also big pluses, making it easy to collaborate and grow within this global tech company.
Cons: Sometimes the workload can get quite heavy, especially during peak campaign periods, which impacts work-life balance a bit. Communication between different teams could also be smoother for a global tech company like us. Approval processes can occasionally be slow, leading to minor delays.
Advice to Management: Continue to invest in structured career progression paths and training for all roles, especially for Data Analysts. Improving cross-team communication and streamlining approval workflows would further enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction across our Manchester office.
