Job Description
Lead the PHY/MAC architecture and system design of next-generation wireless connectivity solutions, focusing on Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and UWB technologies. 2. Drive innovation in emerging wireless technologies, including wireless sensing, multi-radio coexistence, and advanced communications in sub-7 GHz and millimeter-wave bands. 3. Represent the company in international standards bodies (e.g., Bluetooth SIG, IEEE 802.11, and Wi-Fi Alliance), contributing to the definition and advancement of future wireless standards. 4. Partner with cross-functional PHY/MAC and hardware engineering teams to define system architectures, develop algorithms, and create high-value intellectual property and patents. 5. Provide technical vision and roadmap planning support to business development and marketing organizations, enabling strategic technology investments and customer engagement.
Main Requirements and Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
2. Demonstrated research and development experience in wireless communications and/or wireless sensing technologies, including IEEE 802.11 (Wi-Fi), Bluetooth, radar sensing, ranging, Angle of Arrival (AoA), Time of Arrival (ToA), and related technologies.
3. Hands-on experience in wireless product development, including system architecture design, system performance analysis, firmware/software design, and implementation.
4. Proven technical leadership and contributions to wireless standards development within industry organizations such as IEEE 802.11 and Bluetooth SIG.
5. Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
