curious and motivated Mid React Native Engineers who want to grow with us.
Role Description
This is a
full-time hybrid role for a
Junior React Native Engineer at Papcorns.
You will work closely with experienced engineers, designers, and product managers to build and improve mobile applications used by millions of people. This role is a great opportunity to
develop your skills in a real product environment and learn how high-quality mobile apps are built and scaled.
The role is based in
Istanbul, Türkiye, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in mobile development with React Native
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
- Strong understanding of CSS and UI styling in a mobile context
- Solid experience working with REST APIs
- Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows
- Ability to use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code
- Curiosity for learning new technologies and improving your skills
- Ability to collaborate with teammates and communicate ideas clearly
- Experience with Expo or React Native CLI
- Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux
- Basic knowledge of Firebase
- Understanding of mobile app deployment workflows
- Interest in mobile performance and user experience
Responsibilities
- Own the development of mobile features using React Native from scoping to production
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to improve product quality
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code while sharing best practices with the team
- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance issues proactively
- Participate actively in code reviews and technical discussions
- Continuously learn and bring new ideas and approaches to the team
