Responsibilities
- Develop scalable microservices using Java & Spring Boot
- Design and manage messaging workflows with RabbitMQ
- Build and optimize distributed caching structures using Hazelcast
- Implement real-time data streaming with WebSocket
- Develop performant SQL queries using JPA/Hibernate
- Build and operate services running in Docker / OpenShift environments
- Write unit & integration tests and contribute to code reviews
- Collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum team
Required Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of professional backend development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data
- Solid understanding of microservice architecture
- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or similar MQ technologies
- Experience with Hazelcast or other distributed caching systems
- WebSocket / SSE development experience
- Oracle/PostgreSQL & JPA/Hibernate knowledge
- Docker, Git, and basic Linux skills
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Knowledge of Redis, Kafka, ELK Stack, Prometheus/Grafana
- Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue)
Technical Evaluation Process
Candidates who advance to the next stage will be asked to complete a backend-focused case study and deliver a presentation explaining their solution.
