Right now we are seeking proactive Software Developer who will be part of Appsilon’s company-wide digital transformation initiative. We build data-driven internal systems that integrate directly into operational workflows.
At this role, you will develop full-stack solutions using AI-assisted tools. The process is highly iterative and feedback-driven. Understanding operational needs quickly and delivering the most efficient implementation is critical. In that respect speed, adaptability, and execution quality would be the key indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop web, AI, and cloud-based solutions
- Write clean, maintainable code and iterate on MVPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Work with researchers and engineers to design data engineering and data science tasks for AI systems
- Take ownership from idea to deployment
- Develop full-stack solutions using AI-assisted tools
- Operate effectively in a highly iterative and feedback-driven environment
- Understand operational needs quickly and deliver efficient implementations
- Contribute to web and mobile applications
- Contribute to AI-driven systems
- Contribute to data workflows supporting AI models
- Ensure end-to-end feature ownership
What We Value?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical‑Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Around 1–2 years of industry experience in software development (internships or part‑time included if relevant)
- Technical Skills (In a priority order): React, PostgreSQL, Python, Cybersecurity, Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Azure
- Experience in integrating AI systems, rapid prototyping
- Background with open-source contributions or personal projects
- Startup or entrepreneurial background
- Ability to work independently
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High learning agility
- Speed, adaptability, and execution quality

- Ownership mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul (Anatolian side) or Kocaeli
