We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team as a technical right-hand and hands-on builder! 🚀 If you are someone who knows how to leverage AI tools to speed up delivery without compromising on code quality, and you love both engineering and mentoring—this role is for you.
💡 What you’ll be doing:
• Design and architect end-to-end systems from front-end to back-end.
• Use AI tools pragmatically to boost productivity while keeping full control over code accuracy.
• Lead, mentor, and level up junior developers in the team.
• Perform code reviews and set strong engineering standards (Clean Architecture, Testing).
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical plans.
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack software development.
• Strong foundation in system design across front-end and back-end.
• Tech Stack: Angular, Next.js, NestJS, Golang, Python
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (and knowing their limits!).
• Proven experience leading projects/teams with strong technical communication.
Bonus points if you have:
• Built systems from scratch or revamped large-scale architectures.
• Experience with Cloud, CI/CD, and Observability.
