JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 

• Production of engineering drawings from information supplied by project engineers.
• Construction of bills of material. 
• Production of technical specifications for subsequent purchasing. 
• Maintenance of Drawing Office records, including the Suppliers Library 
• Liaison with customers, collaborators, contractors and suppliers as required. 
• Supplying information to customers and collaborators in the relevant format 
  in a concise and timely manner. 
• Participation in design reviews. 
• Participation in cost build-up developments. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent. 
• At least one (1) years of working experience in the construction engineering or related field. 
• Extensive draughting experience using AutoCAD. 
• Ability to provide clear and concise drawings for the Build Team. 
• Aware of Quality Systems and safe design practice. Adherence to, working 
  instructions and procedures in accordance with the Company’s Quality Assurance policy. 
• Versatile to be able to work on several projects in a short period. 
• Applicants must be proactive, hardworking and able to work under deadlines. 
• Possess valid driving license (full) with clean records. 
• Willing to travel as and when required. 
• Any ad-hod tasks that is given to you by direct Superior/HOD. 
• Willing to work at Subang Hi-Tech, Shah Alam, Selangor. 

·        Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.

·        Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.

·        Resolving design and development problems.

·        Managing budgets and project resources.

·        Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.

·        Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.

·        Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects.

·        Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time. 

·      Considering budget, regulations and environmental hazards during risk-analysis stage

·      Forecasting design and construction timeline.

·      Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages.

·        Analyse bar bending schedule and monitor installation of rebar on site.
