RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Generate purchase orders to suppliers to ensure sufficient inventory at all times.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Source the quality and cost effective raw material, packaging material and Non Trade for Group.
• Evaluate and assess New supplier. Monitor performance / audit existing supplier.
• Negotiate with supplier on price/service.
• Monitor the price trend and material demand/supply in market.

A store Supervisor is a professional responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s inventory. This includes identifying inventory needs, implementing policies and procedures for stock control, and ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels. Purpose of Post
To select suppliers who will supply materials at the optimum acquisition cost ensuring quality standards are maintained and departmental goals achieved.

Key Task

• Responsible for maintaining the material cost on the Bill of Materials for all products within the commodities you are responsible for and ensuring costs are less than the current sales quotation per contract.
• Responsible for issuing requests for quotation (RFQ’s) for any new parts added to the Bill of Materials within the allotted components.
