You will be the Food & Beverage leadership expert, driving the Food & Beverage team in all aspects, from business planning and organizing to operations and administration. You will be responsible for achieving the highest customer satisfaction, brand and quality standards, as well as bringing creativity and variety to our food & beverage offering. RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

• Review monthly cycle counts of all raw materials, work in process, and finished goods to insure accuracy of counts and validity of inventory values.Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues.
• Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close.
• Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles.
• Work with the materials review board to locate and dispose of obsolete inventory. 
• Review costing related transactions and prepare cost by product (Miscellaneous Transaction).
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of inventory transactions(Transaction Summary).
• Reconcile inventory detail to general ledger on monthly basis (Submit Share service).
