Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Global IT Head , Digital Workplace
The candidate will be responsible for:
· Developing and implementing the IA strategy and Target Operating Model.
· Producing a sustainable, future-fit Intelligent Automation Roadmap that aligns with ASM’s strategic objectives
· Acting as the central governance body that interfaces into existing architecture, strategy and governance bodies within ASM; they will ensure standards are defined in alignment with regulatory and internal operational risk requirements
· Acts as the internal foundation for knowledge and expertise by constantly reviewing market developments, ensuring best-in-class services are provisioned and consumed by ASM CoE community
· Be a change agent promoting an automation culture across ASM
· Drive the education of the IA technology across ASM
· Leading a cross-functional IA team responsible for delivering the strategy, delivery and operation of CoE. This includes, but not limited to;
· Architecture standards, policies and processes to be used across ASM to ensure global alignment of Automation platforms, processes and people.
· Developing a portfolio of best practices to be consumed by all business units and functions
· Introducing new IA services via Proof of Concepts (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV)
· Key Operational support for live automations
· Ensuring benefits are defined and realized in line with defined automation business cases to meet CoE KPIs.
Requirements:
· At least 8 years of IT working experience and experience managing technology Business Process Management (BPM), Workflow Management, RPA, Process Mining
· Preferably, 2 years in a team supervisory, lead, or management role.
· Minimum Degree in Computer Engineering
· Demonstrable experience leading global, cross-functional teams
· Demonstrable experience working within multi-national and diverse organizations
· Excellent understanding of Operating models that are commercially focused and sustainable to enable rapid growth and expansion
· Demonstrable experience in applying Agile methodology in Automation projects.
· While programming knowledge is not required, a demonstrable interest in and/or experience with Automation & Enterprise Technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power Apps/Automate, SAP iRPA, K2, DocuSign, BPM tools, Microsoft Workflow Foundation and Azure low code stacks )
· Experience building and running Global Centralized or Hybrid CoEs with either on-shore, near-shore or offshore models
