- Assist production in day-to-day activities including butchering, skewering, marinating, packing and kitchen work (i.e. grilling) (Meat Processing Environment)
- Ensure overall daily production targets are met
- Overseeing production processes
- Plan and Co-ordinate production and manpower schedule
- Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of premises
- Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and complied
- Track inventory and do regular stock checks
- Serve customers and cashiering duties
- Dispatching goods to drivers
- Liaising with kitchen to collect products
- Organising packing for next day orders ( advance planning required during peak periods )
- Provide coaching/ training to new staffs
- Execute any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Able to start work early during peak periods (i.e. 4am)
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays (Overtime may be required)
- 6 days work week (Off on weekday)
- Must be physically fit
- Positive attitude, team player and good communication skills
- Able to work at East Area (Bedok North)
