Responsibilities:
✅Support strategy for talent management including L&D.
✅Plan training & development program by employee grade, performance, criteria & business needs.
✅Manage in-house programmes; inductions, managerial, technical and leadership, intern/graduate
✅Support succession planning exercise.
✅Support professional development of the company’s employees
✅Maintain online system for communications, programmes, applications and employee records.
✅Monitor the L&D budget and seek government funding for skills development.
✅Participate staff engagement and ESG platform.
✅Ensure compliance with local legislations and statutory requirements for training.
✅Ensure L&D records are properly filed and regularly updated
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- Min 5 years of L&D experience.
- Proven effective management, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent event planning and event administration skills p
- Able to travel short term business trips
