Job Description:
· Responsible for overseeing the sales of Aviation Lubricants and Chemicals.
· Supervises business development activities throughout the Asia Pacific Region.
· Formulates sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
· Analyzes market trends, industry dynamics, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
· Delivers exceptional customer service to foster lasting relationships with key clients.
· Prepares regular sales reports and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders.
· Conducts sales presentations to potential customers.
· Manages pricing analysis and oversees inventory control.
· Provides guidance, training, and evaluation for the sales team to meet annual sales goals.
· Manages internal and external audits and certifications.
· Requires frequent international travel for business engagements.
· Handles other assigned ad-hoc responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
· Possesses a diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent qualification.
· Demonstrates a minimum of 2-3 years of corporate sales experience, preferably within the Aviation Industry.
· Displays strong sales skills and confidence in presenting company products and services.
· Has excellent presentation and communication abilities.
· Holds a Class 3 driving license.
· Comfortable with frequent overseas travel.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Excel Formulas) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Meticulous in work.
