Requirements:

Summary

This position is responsible for the management of revenue maximization in Rooms and create Revenue Management processes in the Hotel.

Job Responsibilities

• Measure & drive total profitable revenue performance, including rooms and F&B, against strategy & targets and adapts current strategy as necessary for the hotel.
• Facilitate, guides, and directs all department heads in selecting the optimum revenue opportunities for the properties to ensure our strategic objectives are achieved.
• Actively monitor the competitive environment and elaborates revenue & pricing optimizing tactics and strategies in order to maximize Revenue Generation Index (RGI).
• Consultation and coordination with stakeholders at properties, regional and corporate levels, identifying and pulling together the deliverables.
• Develop short, medium and long-term objectives, strategies and action plans, which may be cascaded through the business.
• Co-Lead hotels’ annual topline budget & business planning.
• Develop an overall Dynamic Pricing & Revenue Strategy by market segment, channel or/and feeding market.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
• Typically 12 years of IT Delivery experience.
• Deep experience in IT operations management experience, especially in the area of infrastructure planning, data centre operations, network, server platform and systems management, preferably with at least ten thousand (10,000) users.
• In addition, the Operations Director shall be ITIL Foundation certified, familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 and have managed at least one of the reference sites provided by the Tenderer in its Tender Offer.
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
• Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship

Job Purpose

The IT Advisory Director/Senior Manager is responsible for managing and providing IT advisory services to a portfolio of international and local clients.

Responsibilities

1. Able to lead and manage IT audit portfolio including risk assessment, regulatory compliance assessment and IT internal controls evaluation.
2. Able to perform IT risk assessment across applications, infrastructure, information security, cybersecurity and digital risk.
3. Able to lead and manage team in delivering quality IT audit and risk assessment projects.
4. Able to understand complex business and IT processes and identify related risks.
5. Able to manage stakeholder’s expectations with good project management skills.
6. Able to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements

1. Minimum five years of experience in IT Audit preferably gained at international accounting firm.
2. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Accounting or professional accounting qualifications.
3. Certified or pursuing certification such as CIA, ISMS Lead Auditor, CISA, CEH, GPEN or GCIH is preferred.
4. Good understanding of third-party audit framework such as ISAE, SSAE and AICPA.
5. Highly proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Good communication and presentations skills in both written and verbal.
