The primary responsibility of a Kasara Executive Lounge Officer is to provide impeccable services to guests. EMPLOYMENT TRAINING

Once you are fully employed, your employment will begin with a month of full-time training, during which you will be provided with the mobile equipment you need (Mac + iPhone) and fixed equipment by your office desk. During the initial training-month (only) you will earn half of base salary (represented by our investment into your training).

After the initial training-month you will be ready to procure business and visit customers, however, training will continue occasionally for another 1-6 months and throughout the employment whenever needed. During the first 6 months a senior will accompany you to customer visits, but after 6 months you are expected to be ready to visit customers on your own.

SALARIES

As you increase your client portfolio and maintain it well (customers are expected to stay year-on-year) you will benefit from a compound effect that allows you to build a fast increasing and stable income long-term.

Salary starts from 50,000-60,000 Bt/month depending on your qualifications and the size of the client portfolio you are entrusted with, and with an expected portfolio growth able to sustain more than 20% yearly salary increase on average across the initial 4 years (which in a 4-year perspective works out to around 120,000 Bt/month).

BE YOUR OWN BOSS

You can more or less "be your own boss" as your salary is linked with the revenues generated by your client portfolio. The greater the effort and success, the higher salary you will earn. Within our framework you generate and "own" your own business without the risk and admin involved in actually running your own company. Subject to our overall company strategies and policies it is an extremely independent job and you are required to be able to work on your own, but we also work as a team to evaluate and discuss customer proposals as well as developing our skill sets and our ability to solve problems with daily staff meetings over video (and Friday dinners and drinks at least once a month). We typically work from our office 3-4 days per week while at other times you may visit customers or work from home (once you are fully trained).

This position is based in Bangkok, Huamak area in Bangkapi. Working hours are 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Open for Thai citizens only.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be able to communicate in English well both verbally and in written form in a polite manner.

Position Overview:

The Executive, Administrative Officer provides administrative support to the departments, ensuring their office runs smoothly. They handle tasks like office operations, managing document matters, overseeing office facilities, and coordinating communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the departments with administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing documents, preparing memos in the department, and preparing reports and correspondence.

• Take in charge of PO/PR document issuing process for all marketing team.

• Act as a primary point of contact, screening and managing phone calls and emails.

• Facilitate communication between the department and others.

• Collect and analyze information to prepare reports and maintain organized files and databases.

• Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and act as a liaison between the department and others.

Lead all commercial aspects for an assigned group of clients in order to grow existing clientele base as well as identify new business so as to achieve planned financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery, productivity and client satisfaction targets as well as other related business development objectives as assigned
• Maintain and further foster relationships with current clients
• Develop plans to cross-sell and introduce new services to current clients
• Conduct thorough business development processes to identify incremental revenue opportunities from new clients, beyond the base
• Increase company exposure through participating in associations, webinars and/or seminars
• Contribute to the short-term strategies and business plans for the growth of Business Unit based on global and regional / sub-regional directions
• Provide continuous feedback on competitive activities within assigned clients

Financial Management

• Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as well as other related business development objectives as assigned
• Ensure local business strategies are implemented according to regional / sub-regional directions in order to meet the financial and business objectives of the division
• Monitor the actual financial performance against budget/forecast and ensure the implementation of appropriate actions that will lead to the achievement of the financial targets
• Ensure proper pricing and contracts are completed and approved according to company's policies and guidelines

Client Servicing

• Implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that will contribute to maximum client satisfaction and ensure continuous profitable and business growth
• Lead all commercial aspects with the primary responsibility of expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement
• Foster relationships at all levels and functions of the client organization to identify opportunities for incremental product/solution sales
• Ensure adherence to the company policies on business conduct/ethics when servicing clients are being observed by the entire division

Product Enhancement:

• Identify the client needs: situation/competitor assessment, need assessment, potential solutions
• Participating in creation of the PE plan & timeline: communicating the voice of client
• Develop the pricing proposal & commercial approach with the RI Leader
• Support the proper communication of the new product and its benefits with clients

Organizational Management and Development

• Participate in local and cluster initiatives as part of continuing leadership development
• Work across functional business units to support organizational initiatives and business needs

Position:    Territory Account Manager  

Duties & Responsibility
●    Effectively provide account management and ongoing service, support, and sales development to respective accounts. Implement white spot prospecting to include existing products, new products and innovations, enhanced sustainability and operational efficiencies (water, energy, chemical usage)
●    Monitor and report for both respective accounts and aligned Key Accounts by utilizing corresponding tools, such as Sales Funnels, quarterly reporting, market share analysis, and other reports requested by central stakeholders and supervisors.
●    Work intensely and directly on application expertise and execution delivery, including customer training and merchandising, to reinforce value proposition and brand equity.  
●    Hold monthly and quarterly review session with customers’ heads of department.
●    Grow sales in geographic area and sector(s) by identifying, analyzing, and addressing opportunities for new customer acquisition as well as within existing customers through product and application recommendations.
●    Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement.
●    Liaise with Technicians to ensure appropriate service support for respective accounts.
●    Consult with Corporate Account Managers to ensure account management support delivered in respective accounts.

Qualification:
●    Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering.
●    At least 2-3 years working experience in field B2B sales, concentrating in Chemical specialties with experience in equipment & operation would be advantage.
●    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken).  
●    Solid demonstrated presentation skills with ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
●    Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task while being flexible with changing demands.
●    Self-starter and results-oriented individual with the confidence to take risk and partner with 
        business leaders as required.
●    High sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook.
