We are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter who can source and facilitate candidates through a swift and efficient recruitment process. You will support our Operational Services with the in-house recruitment strategy by resourcing and managing candidates through the recruitment process for priority and hard to fill vacancies. You will operate in a fast paced, quality driven environment, supporting the candidate attraction and recruitment strategy. This includes using a range of sources, such as social media and CV databases to directly source candidates, engage passive job seekers and support our Services with their recruitment needs. This role will be supporting homes in our care division located in the North West of England.

We require you to have experience in a similar role, either in house or through an agency, the ability to use a variety of media to actively source and engage candidates, with an understanding of job-seeker behaviour in a highly dynamic environment.
