Job Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site store audits (both compliance and operational review) and stock take audits according to the audit plan.
- Prepare internal audit reports with practical and value-added recommendations.
- Detect frauds and errors in-store operations.
- To identify operational inefficiencies, internal control weaknesses, and any non-compliance to company policies and procedures, laws, and regulations.
- Advise and recommend improvements to the current store operating processes.
- Periodic review on the scope of the store audit review and recommend for enhancement of the standard audit program.
- Perform system data analysis and relevant risk assessments on the areas assigned.
- Perform ad hoc audit assignments instructed by Management.
Requirement:
- At least a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/ Business/ Finance or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of internal audit experience.
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, especially Word and Excel.
- Must be willing to travel including Sabah and has own transport.
- Can start on an immediate basis.
- Willing to work in Subang Jaya.
