The main purpose of this job is to respond and resolve user requests for desktop support.
Essential Functions
Provide hardware and software desktop support to end users in a Microsoft Windows Desktop environment
Respond to and resolve user requests for desktop support and provide liaison support to other bank support groups
Handle second tier support requests related to desktops, laptops, printers and other related peripherals
Provide remote support as well as hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software-related issues
Occasional overnight travel if project or job warrants the need

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be doing hands-on coding and be responsible for shaping the technical evolution of this system by contributing to end-to-end design, implementation, and delivery across different projects. Are proficient with API security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
