Role Summary:
The Fitter and Turner role entails the proficient setup and operation of a diverse range of machine tools to manufacture precision parts and instruments. This includes skilled precision instrument makers who specialize in the fabrication, modification, or repair of mechanical instruments. Additionally, individuals in this role may engage in the fabrication and modification of parts for the purpose of creating or repairing machine tools, as well as maintaining industrial machines. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of mechanics, mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.

ROLE PROFILE:
To support the successful delivery of ERM Australia Pacific Air Quality projects and objectives by:
Initiating and leading sales efforts, including managing large, complex, multidisciplinary projects, proposal writing and delivery
Project management experience with accountability for managing project risk and delivering performance
Client engagement activity with a local network and recent business development successes
Building effective working relationships within project team, discipline and business needs
satisfaction/ Meet business financial targets, overall project budget and schedule, client expectations, and internal and contract requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 7 - 10 years' relevant experience in a consulting environment, with the following:
Tertiary qualifications (or higher) in engineering, science, meteorology or chemistry
Understanding of the regulatory requirements and relevant legislation
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Strong initiative with the ability to work independently where required
High level Excel skills including data manipulation
Flexibility to conduct a variety of assessment and tackle complex problems using innovative solutions
Project management experience with accountability for managing project risk and delivering performance
Client engagement activity with a local network and recent business development successes
Proven ability to complete projects within budget and on schedule
A genuine desire to work with a great team and to mentor and develop your colleagues
Experience in air quality dispersion modelling

We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Human Resources and Compliance professionals for a full time, fixed term position based at our Elizabeth East campus. The successful applicant will be an experienced educational administrator with relevant tertiary qualifications. The Human Resources and Compliance Manager will support the provision of human resources and compliance related services and programs at Pinnacle College. The main areas of responsibility include recruiting new staff, employee on-boarding, performance management and improvement, overseeing work health and safety, and the management of the school’s policies and procedures.
