Proactively manage and maintain network services to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime in accordance to SLA.
Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans.
Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments in accordance to compliance policies.
Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions
Proactively monitor network performance and perform capacity planning
Ensure regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing are performed in accordance to organizational policies and practices.
Review or propose remediation solutions to address vulnerabilities identified and ensure the solutions are implemented in accordance with organizational policies.
Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment.
Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on infrastructure managed.
Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance as part of the rotational duty support team.
Possess a valid CCNP Enterprise or Data Centre certifications,
Hands-on working experience in managing enterprise networks (Campus LAN, WAN and Data Center networks) of sizeable deployment comprise one or more of the following products/technologies:
Support HP/Lenovo/Dell laptops & desktops on Win10 system
Monitoring of ITSM Ticketing System
Might need to support on certain timing.
Troubleshooting local LAN/Wi-Fi/Cisco VPN
