Duties & Responsibilities [Lead OpenText Architect]

· Lead design and architecture of Java and OpenText ECM Projects Implementation

· Lead technical solution in OpenText bids/proposals.

· Interacting with the project team to understand the requirements and help define solutions to address the client’s needs.

· Key presenter for OpenText proposals or technical solution discussions

· Mentor for the technical team for OpenText project implementation

· Define technical solution risks for any OpenText projects/proposals.

· Analyse user requirements and perform estimations.

· Review and ensure the quality of project deliverables.

· Demo project/product release to key stakeholders

· Participate in defining technical direction and solution strategy.

· Provide assistance and support with OpenText ECM technical-related issues and Security Vulnerabilities issues to the customers.

· Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.

· Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.

· Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.

· Produce Technical and Operational documentation.

Job Qualifications/ Skills Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or similar field or equivalent in a technical field.

· Candidate must be certified in OpenText development and functions.

· Candidate with PMP and Agile Scrum certified will be an advantage.

· Minimally 16+ years of working experience in the design and architecture

· Experience in preparing project deliverables such as OpenText ECM Technical Design Document, etc.

· Experience in technical skills and knowledge in development using Java, Dot Net, K2 and Pega.

· Participate in defining technical direction and solution strategy.

· Working experience with one or more supporting technologies: Windows Servers, Unix Networking, and Databases.

· Proficient in techniques for performance testing and tuning RDBMS query performance

· Technical Knowledge of Storage, Network and Compute (Windows, UNIX, Linux) environments.

· High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Data Management, Capacity Management, and/or Application Service Resiliency.

· Sound knowledge of application sizing and fair knowledge of HW infra.

· Good understanding of internet protocols, network and application security methods.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Good communication skills in both written and oral with cross-cultural competence.

• Hold Business or Technical Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related discipline
• Minimally 8+ years in managing saleable Information Technology and/or Application Management System Program/Project ideally in an Outsourcing implementation with a diverse Industrial exposure
• Refer to the minimum Project Management Seniority Level as outlined by ‘Atos University PM Assessment of PM Career Level and Experience Matrix’ in managing scalable Information Technology projects ideally in an Outsourcing implementation within a wide spectrum of Market Segments
• Must have at least one External Project Management Certification. The basis for all Project Managers must have knowledge of Project Management Methodology. Project Manager External Certification (PMP and/or PRINCE2-Practitioner) is Atos way of a measure of the Project Manager acquiring the knowledge
• Hands-on working experience with Singapore’s Government Agencies is Preffered
• Knowledge and exposure to OpenText (Must-Have)
• Have SCRUM Master Certification will be of added advantage.

· Overall 20+ years of SAP Consulting experience with experience around 18+ years working for Atos in various regions.

· Worked as Techno-Functional Consultant based on the company needs.

· Actively involved in all presale’s activities pertaining to all SAP deals.

· Project Delivery: Overall responsible for the design and delivery of SAP technical solutions. Review all technical requirements in projects and change requests. Ensure technical delivery in projects and change requests are completed on time and with no defects.

· Team Management: Manage a global Application Managed Support outsource team to ensure that both inhouse and outsource teams work efficiently together.

· Operational Excellence: Ensure SAP development, authorization, and integration changes are timely addressed and delivered within expected SLAs. Ensure continuous improvements to the technology and processes through proactive review and optimization initiatives. Recommend and implement major improvements that have significant benefit to IT or the business.

· Industry Experience: Automobile, Banking, Chemicals/Oleo chemicals, Logistics & Telecom, High-Tech, Paper Industry, Public Sector, Service Industry, Higher Education Learning (HER).

· SAP Trained consultant in SAP BW 3.1X, Business Objects, SAP FIORI.

· Work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a highly skilled team.

· Have knowledge / experience in delivering projects under the Agile and Activate framework.

· Align with SAP functional and technical leads around SAP initiatives, including new and updated functionality and define/drive the SAP roadmap for the project including all instances and versions.

· Collaborates with business and tech leads to settle integration requirements; coordinates the development and works to resolve bottlenecks to deliver project work aligned with program timelines.

· Provide technical and thought leadership in both system integration as well as application development and promote standard methodologies.

· Supporting the multiple SAP functional teams to deliver business solutions to their stakeholders, this candidate plays the critical role of ensuring the best fit technical solutions for all SAP teams.

· Strong understanding and implementation experience in software engineering best practices for ABAP.

· Develop conceptual designs for new solutions and work with enterprise architecture and solution delivery teams to ensure it meets all standards and requirements.

· SAP technical implementation, Rollout, Enhancement, Data Migration, Interfaces, and support with hands on experience in various SAP versions starting from 3.1H till S4 HANA with vast functional knowledge in SAP FI module, FM and GM module.

· Provide ABAP expertise to drive the migration of existing custom developments in SAP ECC to S/4HANA and SAP Clouds solutions, including designing and developing the custom programs in S/4HANA using the new key-user and developer extensibility models in ABAP.

· Drive adoption of software engineering best practices for ABAP development (including code reviews), testing and automation.

· Review & analyse relevant SAP health check reports (e.g., S/4HANA Readiness Check, Early Watch Report, ABAP Test Cockpit Report, etc), identify discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, recommend ways to address and work with developers to resolve the discrepancies.

· Assess new business requirements in terms of fit for customization, system development or enhancements.

· Analyse performance of technical objects, advise refinement / improvements & work with developers for implementation.

· Experience in ABAP Webdynpro Model generation (RFC, Web Services), Internal/External Context Mapping, Eventing, Navigation, Adaptive RFC, Custom Comps, Interfaces, Usage, Net Weaver Development Interface (NWDI Tracks, SCs, DCs), BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, LSMW, writing user exits, BDC coding, ALV reports, smart forms & SAP Scripts

· Familiarity with using Eclipse-based ABAP Development Tools.

· Act as a trusted advisor to clients on all matters of integration development, and project delivery.

· In-depth knowledge of BRF+, ADOBE, Webdynpro

· Clear concise communication in English

· Responsible for performing daily SAP helpdesk support, troubleshooting on SAP reports and EDI/B2B issues for local & regional operations.

· Knowledge in SAP BASIS matters.

· Knowledge in Infrastructure setup such as OS Folder setup, SICF Services, Firewall rule etc

· Expert knowledge in RFC, BAPI, iDOCs, SOAP, SFTP, PI/PO/CPI integration

· Expert knowledge of architecture standard and industry best practices in SAP Development, Integration, and Portals.

· Experience in User Interface design and screen/workflow.
