As a Technical Service Specialist, your duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
1. Direct reporting to Workshop Executive/Operations Executive.
2. Responsible for daily assigned jobs:
· Execute daily job schedule (Team Up Calendar)
· SAC Inspection service (on-site/workshop)
· Support 24 hours mobile service (MST)
· Pre-delivery Inspection (PDI) of waste handling equipment
· Testing and commission work of waste handling equipment
· Periodic preventive maintenance schedule (on-site/workshop)
· Corrective maintenance schedule (on-site/workshop)
· Support and handle any mechanical and electrical repair work on waste handling equipment (on-site/workshop)
· Prepare service report upon completion of assign task.
· Report all requirement or shortage spare parts to executive for follow up.
3. Independently execute daily/weekly/monthly work task assigned by Manager/Executive/HOD.
4. Supporting for new project installation and troubleshooting work.
5. Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of assigned equipment and tools.
6. Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.
