Responsibilities:
- Handle stakeholder and business requirements gathering, analysis and assessement
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of existing business processes and operations
- Ensure alignment with company’s objectives and policies
- Work closely across teams and stakeholders to conduct gap analysis and to recommend and implement solutions
- Work closely with technical team and vendors to improve capabilities
- Provide support in business process improvements and implement best practices
- Provide consultancy to stakeholders
- Identify and drive the adoption of new technologies and solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to review projects and ensure adherence to business objectives, timeline and profitability
- Ensure proper documentation of policies and processes
Keep apprised of new technology and best industry practices
- Other duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Possess solid experience in similar capacity.
- Strong experience in acting as a bridge between the business and stakeholders with good understanding of technical and business processes.
- Good in identifying gaps and problem solving
- Strong project management skills
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong analytical skills with abilities to reason, persuade and negotiate
- Strong abilities to drive buy-in and changes
- Able to work well across teams and departments
- Min. Degree in IT
