Job Description

• Responsible to set-up and operate the following machine.
• Able to perform simple programming (For CNC machines only)
• Conduct first piece inspection
• Report to management in the event of non-conformance of components
• Adhere to good quality, housekeeping and safety practices
• Perform 5S

Details

• Perform duties assigned by Production Manager
• Check Routing Sheet details against drawings are correct before machining
• Maintain good housekeeping in the areas of work
• Follow Company’s safe working practices and requirements at all times
• Meet Quality Management System requirements and Quality Objectives and achieve them
• Routing Sheet and required date of production
• Commencement of machines/equipment with Routing Sheet and drawings inspection to control the dimension according customer requirements for use

Job Requirements

• Comply with safety measures and practices of the Company

• Ensure that a machining and inspection procedure is compiled to
• Ensure adherence and compliance of the Quality Management System
• Check raw material dimension before machining commencement
• Carry out the day-to-day machining operation in accordance with
• Perform 100% in-process inspection and recording inspection result
• Update production status in the Routing Sheet to VM system
• Identity any non-conformance product and inform the problem to
• Check and report raw material defects / non-conformance before
• Proper handling and usage of inspection devices and production
• Ensure job piece set-up and machining operation is in accordance
• Constant check on machining process and carry out in-process
• Maintenance and account for the inspection devices and tools issued
• NTC 2 or 3 in Precision Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to operate turning machines
• Able to read & interpret technical drawings
• Capable of using measuring instruments - Micrometer, Caliber, Bore
• Gauge, Profile Projector

• Working Hours : 7:30am to 5:15pm (Morning shift),
• 7:30pm to 5:15am (Night shift)
• Number of working day per week : 5 days
• Allowances (Transport, Shift, Meal) will be provided

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set of accounts including journal entries & balance sheet schedules, to ensure accurate and timely provisions are made for monthly expenditure, fixed assets, accruals, month end closing and year-end audit activities
• Responsible for all daily activities of accounting and ensure submission of accurate and timely financial statements and management accounts.
• Oversee AP functions and responsible for AR & GL.
• Assist to oversee subsidiaries accounts and handles inter-company reporting and reconciliations at subsidiaries level.
• Prepare monthly & annual inventory reconciliation between inventory control and ledger accounting system
• Ensure compliance with the statutory tax requirements, including preparing necessary tax returns and quarterly tax computations.
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application and Sage is an advantage.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English & Mandarin.
• Preferably with experience in Construction Sector
• Able to work independently
• Team orientated, responsible and possesses good working ethics
