- In charge for site cost contract administration, taking off quantities, site measurement/ valuation.
- Prepare monthly project cost analysis, monthly cost comparison and monthly project budget.
- Preparation of Quotation, Bill of Quantities.
- Preparation of interim progress claim to client.
- Preparation LA, VO, payment certificate and back charges notes to sub-contractor and liaising with sub-contractor on contract issue.
- To co-ordinate, organize and control payment claims from sub-contractors.
- Liaise with public authority and consultant on submission and approval matters.
- To assist in project department on materials delivery and provide support for site works.
- Finalization of Progressive claims for clients and final account.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in C&S field is required for this position.
- Have good knowledge in taking-off, Zoom/Google meeting, tender preparation and evaluation of claims.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and Communication skills, able to interact with project team, sub-contractor, clients & suppliers.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power-point, Microsoft Project, Auto Desk and Auto-CAD.
- Good knowledge in Glodon.
- Fast learner, attention to details & able to multi task.
- Must possess own transport.
- Preferable Chinese spekaing candidate due to nature of business.
- Applicants must be able to communicate well in English & Mandarin.
- Able to start work with short notice
