Job Responsibility:
- Answering phone calls at reception desk or office and transferring calls as needed.
- Preparing or processing documentation such as quotation, staff’s claims, and some data entry for project team when necessary.
- Ensure that the day-to-day administrative work can be performance.
- To maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieval.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM.
- Knowledge in Microsoft word and excel.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Based in Klang.
