Develop and implement strategies that grow the customer base and drive sale & traffic, leveraging CRM, loyalty, and credit programs.
Manage the development of annual and seasonal plans that support the successful achievement of CRM and loyalty program in conjunction with business goals.
Provide analysis and budget of existing programmatic and membership materials as well as membership retention rates and opportunities for improvement.
Own the life cycle triggered email and mobile push notification program.
Instills focus on customer satisfaction and evaluate customer satisfaction by continuously improving services, processes, systems and collaborative capabilities through loyalty program.
Working with Commercial, Customer Service, Marketing and Operations to develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities, concentrating on those that most strongly contribute toward improving customer lifetime value.
Participate in a variety of special projects as requested, including explorations of system or process improvements, new retention categories, and joint projects with Customer Service.
Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 5 (five) years of relevant experience, preferably in marketing/product management.
Tertiary qualification in Marketing/CRM experience, including customer loyalty and direct marketing programs.
Excellent knowledge of marketing and membership programs.
Independent, organized, self-motivated and result-oriented.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Combined with a high level of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
