1. Summary of Job Duties
Responsible for managing and grow sales in the assigned territory. Setting overall strategic direction and manage all sales and service activities in an effort to achieve overall corporate goals and objectives.
2. Responsibilities/ Duties
Responsible for the promotion and sales of the assigned products with good product knowledge and well verse of the competitive product situation to formulate sales and pricing strategies to maximise sales potential
To seek out and recommend solutions and conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, training and other engagements with customers
Execute, manage and ensure smooth completion for sales processes: response to request for quotation/proposal, specifications confirmation, forecast, slot booking, commercial negotiation, delivery commitment, machine acceptance, payment and warranty
Address and manage customers’ requests and escalations for critical technical issues, machine/parts delivery, quality matters, modification, projects and labour service and payment matters
Negotiate and influence principal and customer sides to narrow gaps between customer’s requests/expectations and principal’s responses/commitments
· Gather market intelligence and competitive product information from all channels for internal reporting and strategies formulation, and as inputs to influence and guide Principals to improve marketing, sales proposals, execution and penetration strategies
Coordinate, manage and lead in meetings and other engagements with customers and principals
Provide regular and timely reports on sales plans, execution status and results with highlights and lowlights and case study learning for lost sales
Ensure all sales related transactions, records and documentation for assigned products and services are in good order and in accordance with company’s and ISO requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Must be a self-starter who is independent, resourceful and has a high level of integrity.
Bilingual and possesses strong communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, possess good analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
An enthusiastic and good team player who is result-oriented and customer focused.
Some travelling will be required for this position.
