Human Resource Specialist
Vacancy: Permanent Full-Time – 1 vacancy.
Salary range: $3200 - $3800
Provide support in delivery of human resource services - training and development; review training procedure; work pass applications; providing general admin support; maintaining employees' personal records, files and databases.
Responsibilities / Duties:
Assist in processing of work pass application, renewal and termination matters.
Processing training application and coordinate in whole company training administrations.
Annual review of department training needs identification to develop training plan of the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff training records.
Administer all training grants application and claims (Training Grant, Absentee Payroll etc.)
Attend to yearly ISO training-related audits.
Generate monthly training reporting.
Liaise with external providers and agencies with regards to invoices, payments, grants and subsidies.
Manage and order office stationery, pantry supplies, service report, copier papers and business cards.
Undertake ad-hoc duties/projects as and when required.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in ISO 9001/2015 Training Process is required.
Meticulous, good interpersonal skill and resourceful.
Knowledge of the SkillConnect fund/grants application, work pass application.
Working knowledge in MS Excel and Powerpoint persentation skills.
Familiar with HRIS systems.
Able to start immediately or within short notice.
