Our Senior Customer Engagement Executive will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding, training, and support of our customers onto our Enterpryze Cloud-Based solution.
The successful candidate will be a customer focused, enthusiastic and confident professional, who will form part of our Customer Engagement Team. The team is responsible for the customer journey from initial engagement, setup, onboarding, training, support and ongoing development of customer and partner relationship.
Become a product expert for Enterpryze
Demonstration of the product as part of pre and post sales cycle
Onboarding of new customers into the platform
On-site customer training
On the site customer support
Ability to understand financial chart of accounts and the financial accounting process
Ability to advise customers on the financial functions in Enterpryze
Ongoing customer support & troubleshooting
Ownership of customer issues to completion
Proactively develop customer relationships
Ensure each customer is brought on the Enterpryze journey successfully
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal, ability to present
The financial software experience is a strong advantage
Fluent English speaker
Fluent Mandarin speaker
Proven track record in Customer Service and Engagement
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
Experienced in high-level customer service
Excellent organizational skills
Additional language desirable
Travel may be required
Previous SAP experience a distinct advantage
